IT'S NOT NECESSARY TO ASK PERMISSION TO USE FIRST.
I come on to this account so rarely that you might have to wait days, if not longer before receiving a response sooo...if you see something you'd like to use, DO SO! When you have your finished art, I'd love to see it so I can add it into my favs!
1. I wouldn't mind some credit if you use...
...because it's the nice thing to do. And since I'm having such a horrible year so far, I'm all about the nicey nice right now.
2. Comments are always oh so lovely.
Just a simple "I used this here" with a link to your deviation will suffice because a)I'm nosy and would love to see what you can do with my photos! and b)it's just damn polite.
3. Print use (as well as offsite use) is ok...
as long as I'm asked first (especially if it's a photo of one of the kids)and the proper credit is used. This goes for commercial work and the use of my stock for pre-made backgrounds. So that's a YES, as long as you give moi credit.
4. No pornographic, racist or macabre art please!
(especially especially especially if it's one of the kids photos) THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER! If you're in a hurry or just don't want to go by #1 or #2, then please please please adhere to this one, k? You would be awesome and fluffy little puppies wouldn't die as a result.
5. Do not upload AS IS or claim as your own.
(This should typically be common sense) Come on, now, we know you're smart, right? Don't show your
stupidity by ignoring this one.
6. Anything I've left out, forgotten, didn't make
clear, please NOTE me and always feel free to ask
questions! I'm generally an easy-going, helpful
type of person so ask ask ask!
To recap, 1 and 2 can possibly be ignored if you're just bound and determined to be rude or if you're in a hurry, or if you forget, or if you, like me, have to type one-handed most of the time because you have a baby in your lap while you're at the computer and can't stand to type one- handed.....etc.
And if you've read through all of this then by golly, you are the

**** A lot of my earlier photos were not made with the idea of "stock" in mind so they may not be perfect for most projects but I figure they might come in handy for something or another. Some may not be the high resolution that some of the other stockers provide considering they were made with the 1MP I started off with, then upgraded to a 4MP, then an 8MP...now I have a Canon Powershot sx20 so I should be uploading higher quality photos in the future. I will also be shooting more stock-ish type photos so I hope they come in handy!
Until next time, Enjoy!!!
